This data is provided voluntarily by you when submitting the request. When a booking is made through the Smoobu booking engine, similar data (and any payment information) is collected and processed as described in the dedicated section below.
The data collected is used exclusively to respond to your availability request, communicate the rate and stay conditions, and manage any resulting direct booking. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
The request sent through the website's form is delivered to our email address via Web3Forms, a third-party provider that only handles the delivery of the message and does not retain or use your data for its own purposes. Alternatively, you can choose to send your request directly via WhatsApp.
The site embeds a Google Maps map in the “The Area” section and uses Google Fonts typefaces. Using these services may involve transmitting some technical data, such as your IP address, to Google's servers, in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.
Direct bookings made through the Smoobu booking engine are managed through that platform, which processes the availability calendar and the data required for the booking (name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests).
